"This refined and expressive Pinot Noir comes from the prestigious ‘Terre de Maimbray’ vineyard. It shows a bright ruby color with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, wild herbs, and subtle hints of forest floor and spice. The palate is fresh and silky, with fine tannins and vibrant acidity supporting flavors of cranberry, redcurrant, and gentle earthiness. The finish is elegant, with lingering notes of violet and soft spice. It pairs beautifully with herb-crusted lamb cutlets, as well as ratatouille, mature goat’s cheese, or a wild mushroom tart."
