"The 2022 Verdejo La Caprichosa is sourced from the DO Rueda and aged on lees with stirring for four months.  It offers aromas of bitter orange, along with hints of hazelnut and aniseed.  Fairly frizzante on the palate, it lingers long, heightened by its intensity.  This is perfect for a glass by the pool." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"Pale yellow, with greenish reflections.  High aromatic intensity, marked by a wide range of varietal aromas (hay, balsamic, citrus), with a contribution of maturity resulting from working with the lees.  Good structure, balanced, unctuous, velvety and with a long aftertaste, recalling the aromas perceived on the nose."
