"Lots of peaches, citrus, wet stones and a hint of brine. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with an austere, stony profile and fresh acidity. This comes from around 20-year-old vines planted in clay and granite soil. 40% blocked malolactic. Aged for 12 months in 228- and 500-liter used barriques. Drink now or hold." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"Elegant, intense and complex nose with fruits like pear and apricot and mineral flinty notes. Hints of citrus fruits, flowers and thyme. Great freshness and elegance in the mouth. Great texture and structure, fantastic acidity with lingering after taste."
