Notes of bright citrus-lemon and green apple are complemented by toasty vanilla and a kiss of minerality from the soil. Barrel fermentation enhances the citrus fruit flavors and balances acidity, while partial malolactic adds body and creamy crème brûlée character to the mid-palate."
