"The Simon Sekt Brut is produced according to the traditional method of bottle fermentation and while most sparkling wines are made using sugar extract for the dosage, Ingo Simon uses high quality Riesling Auslese. This unique Sekt has all the finesse, elegance and pedigree of Champagne combined with the perfumed expression of characterful Riesling. It’s exotic with aromas of white peach, apricot, citrus, ginger and layered with honeyed, flowery notes. Bright acidity and a creamy mousse provide a refreshing finish."
