"A dry light-bodied rosé made from a co-ferment of Mourvèdre and Carignan. Fragrant and herbaceous.  The first rosé from Matassa! Fermentation with native yeasts in concrete and aged in large oak foudres. Bottled unfiltered and unfined without any additives including no added sulfur."
