"Handpicked September 13th, mostly destemmed, wild primary and malolactic fermentations with no additions. Gravity drained into older French oak barrels, then racked once on the new moon of February 20th.. Bottled unfined/unfiltered with low sulfites on March 21st. Alcohol: 13.2%. 192 cases produced."
