"Bright cola and cherry combine to show off this wine’s fine acidity. A salted-plum middle and a savory finish of soy sauce impress as they reflect an “Old World meets New World” personality." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"Spicy aromatics and pomegranate mark the nose with a rich and complex, brightly balanced melange of red fruits on the mouth.  The finish is long and subtly spicy.  Pour with grilled salmon, nicoise salad or baked or smoked, well seasoned turkey."
