Winemaker Notes: 

"Crafted from Mission vines that are 120+ years old, grown in their original root system and sustainably dry farmed in Valle de Guadalupe. The grapes are carefully hand destemmed, crushed by foot, and naturally fermented with native yeast. The wine then matures for 6-8 months in large, neutral oak barrels without adding any sulfur."
