"Pure, unadulterated, and free of oak.  Pale yellow with a greenish tinge.  Aromas of crisp lemon and lime zest, white blossoms.  Lively and bright, with flavors of lemon zest, white peach and apricot with a hint of pineapple.  Mineral-tinted notes green apple, and stone fruit make for a delicious, food-­‐friendly wine that will surely please any Chardonnay lover. Pairs with just about anything but steak!"
