"I've loved the past couple of vintages of Hermitage Blanc from this estate, and the 2019 Hermitage Arpege Blanc showed nicely, with a rich, spicy, toasty style in its ripe peach, pineapple, honeysuckle, and chalky mineral aromas and flavors. With plenty of fat, glycerin, and opulence, it displays impressive purity and focus as well as length. I’d happily drink a bottle any time over the coming 15 years or so."

"A wonderfully seductive and very rare, pure Marsanne wine from the noble hill of Hermitage. Christelle Betton farms just one-third acre of vines in the lieu-dit ‘l’Homme,’ on sandy soils, for a plush, savory wine redolent of tropical fruit, honey and wildflowers.  Aromas of tropical fruits, honeycomb, wildflowers, some spice. Full, savory, with good underlying freshness."
