"My take on Bordeaux in Northern California. Hand harvested in September 2021 & aged in 50% new French oak for 18 months. Racked for bottling unfined and unfiltered. Picked at optimal ripeness - stunning quality and intense flavor in the berries.  Cherry, cocoa, plum, and floral notes on the nose with a smooth mouthfeel. A bright, easy to drink wine that can be enjoyed alone or paired with your summer backyard meals.  Completely delicious!"
