"This Sancerre shows you it is a Loire Sauvignon Blanc. The wine opens with Anjou pear, Fuji apple, chamomile and starfruit aromas. Steely in texture, crushed stone and orchard fruit give way to a stream of tart acidity that refreshes the palate with hints of dried field grass." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"The result is a pure Sancerre with incredible freshness and minerality shown by a pale yellow colour with green tints and a fruity citrus nose. Unlike other productions which tend to be heavier with residual sugar, Les Glories Sancerre has good depth and a classic flintiness on the nose and palate."
