Winemaker Notes: 

"This Muscadet, Domaine Landron-Chartier Melon B, undergoes wild fermentation in concrete tanks, resulting in a crisp and mineral-driven taste. Notes of pear, apple, and honeydew are present, and six months of lees aging adds toasty undertones and subtle textures. With a lightly filtered, unfined process and very low sulfur dosage, the finish is enhanced with a hint of saline minerals."
