Winemaker Notes: 

"Soils made up of sandstone over clay.  15-30 year vines, 50hl/hectare.  Bottled without fining after 6-12 months, this is the classic Muscadet bottling from the winery. Crisp acidity and good levels of minerals lead into a fullish wine that remains fresh and vibrant till the end. Very classy and food friendly stuff."
