"This wine is fresh, vibrant, with aromas of raspberry coulis, wild strawberry, peach, Blood orange cream, cinnamon, and notes of maple on the nose. The flavors on the palate are black cherry, lingonberry, habanero jelly, dark chocolate, layered with sedimentary rock, and a long supple finish. Great example of Ancient Vines sourced fruit. Decant and Enjoy. Pair with Smash Burgers." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"Another ancient Zinfandel vineyard, planted in 1911 at the McCay family ranch in the historic Victor Triangle. On the nose this wine exudes leather, black pepper and blueberry. A perfectly balanced wine, our intent is to present a old vine Zinfandel in the spirit of the old school producers that inspire us."
