Our Single-Malt is made of 100% non-GMO malted barley grown in California, Washington and Ireland. We mill, mash, ferment, distill, barrel-age and bottle it on site. 

Our years of hard work and patience have truly paid off. Our Single Malt is an incredible taste to behold. It is a rich, chocolatey dram with notes of pine, dried apple and warm earth.
