"The second pommeau released by Ambix Spirits and produced from local  Sonoma county Gravenstein apples. A mistelle made in the traditional French style with fresh Gravenstein apple juice and young brandy aged for over 2 years in a used barrel sourced from Calvados. Flavors of fresh Gravenstein, tropical fruit and honey. Serve chilled."
