"Based in the premier cru village of Vrigny, seventh-generation Dominique Lelarge and his family run their certified organic 8ha estate following biodynamic principles. This wine is fermented in stainless steel and matured in bottle for four years. The aroma is doughy, with some brioche notes coming through too. In the mouth, the richness is cut by a razor-sharp acidity, accentuated by the lack of residual sugar (just 5g/l). It's persistent in both flavor and gum-tingling acids, with the apple, bread and spice flavors kept in check."

"Champagne Lelarge-Pugeot is a boutique, organic grower based in Vrigny, a Premier Cru village situated in Montagne de Reims. The Lelarge family has been making wine since 1789 and Champagne since 1930. Today the estate is headed up by seventh generation Dominique Lelarge, along with his wife Dominique Pugeot and their children. They believe in letting the grapes thrive as naturally as possible in order to express the pure essence of terroir. Biodynamic principles are practiced in the vineyard and they were certified organic in 2013."
