Winemaker Notes: 

"This wine shows the fruit forward side of Sauvignon Blanc while retaining ample acidity for a beautiful balance. Notes of cut grass accent delicious flavors of lime, pear, melon, pineapple, and orange rind. Grassy and lychee aromas are present on the nose, a beautiful blend of tropical and cooler climate SB. With a touch of matchstick this wine needs a few minutes to open. Surprisingly rich for the amount of zingy acid. The acid keeps the palate fresh and lively and the body keeps you wanting more. The soft coating mouthfeel leads to a dry and lengthy finish."
