"The wine is crisp and bone dry, like the morning in which the grapes were harvested (we were there!).  While maintaining to its core with a touch of melon and citrus, this wine has a backbone of firmness and can be counted upon when needed.  The grapes are from a single vineyard block adjacent to our property in Knights Valley (AVA) from twenty year plus vines with zero manipulation or additives.   As our only white wine, we wanted to make her perfect - enjoy!"
