"As the name implies, the NV Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs Vieilles Vignes is Chardonnay from 35-year-old vines in Massif St-Thierry. The wine presents gorgeous varietal fruit wrapped around an intense, mineral-driven core of fabulous depth. The focus and laser-like purity of the finish are remarkable. Crushed rocks, minerals and smoke add the final layers of nuance. This is a fabulous wine for the dinner table."

"Nose of white flowers and citrus. The champagne is supple, fine and round in the mouth, well supported by good freshness and a touch of minerality."
