"The 2023 Chablis L’Humeur du Temps, which comes from four parcels, just missed a little cohesion and vigor on the nose compared to previous vintages.  Its bouquet features scents of beeswax, walnut and very slight oxidative notes.  The palate is well balanced and all about the texture rather than overt fruit.  A killer line of acidity with a slightly resinous finish and great salinity lingers long in the mouth."
