"Ripe pear aromas edged with a suggestion of hawthorn flowers and spice enliven the nose of this surprisingly complete Petit Chablis. The texture is silky and there is enough acidity to reinforce the wine's fresh appeal. The grapes are from a single parcel replanted in 2010 at the top of the valley of Vaudesir; 2014 was the first vintage. This wine will be delightful drinking on release; it is not a wine for ageing."
