Winemaker Notes: 

"Next to one of the boundaries of Quinta dos Murças, we find steep slopes forming a valley. In this place, mostly north facing, more protected from the sun, when the wind passes, we hear it whistling.  It is from vineyards such as those found there, from plots with unique characteristics, at higher elevations, that Assobio comes from.  Red, with violet hues.  Intense and lively, dominated by red fruits.  Good concentration, where freshness and elegance stand out."
