Winemaker Notes: 

"Bright and sparkling red color.  Fresh youthful nose, marriage between aromas of red fruits (raspberry, morello cherry), spices and toast.  We find in the mouth the greedy aspects of the fruit. The body of Pinot Noir d'Alsace is supported by supple tannins. 

This Pinot Noir provides immediate pleasure, to drink on a party night with friends. It goes just as well with red meat (baked or grilled) as with Italian dishes or with a good tarte flambée."
