Winemaker Notes:
"The nose is layered with aromas of mixed black fruits, light toast, currents, and pencil shavings. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied and lush, with ample tannins that will compliment a wide variety of red meats and hearty pasta dishes. The flavors are deep and concentrated, with blackberry, black cherries, and cocoa leading the way, supported by notes of mixed spices, with hints of vanilla, dried herbs, and cedar."
