Winemaker Notes: 

"50+ year old organically grown vines from the red clay soils of Eagle Point Ranch, 2000ft above sea level in the northern reaches of the Mayacamas Range in Mendocino County. Whole cluster and gently pressed using a Champagne press cycle. It went through native fermentation in neutral barrels and left to age for 10 months. Minimal intervention winemaking: bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal SO2 added."
