"A bright silver/straw color, the 2022 Grenache Blanc Raga comes from the Dry Creek Valley and opens to notes of melon, salted grapefruit, floral perfume, and almond. It's a medium-bodied style and has a light white pepper spice upfront, followed by a delicate, fruity feel and a clean, easygoing finish. Drink over the next few years." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"A palate brimming with sun-filled fruit orchard and zesty citrus grove, deftly balanced by elegant depth and richness in the finish.  Raga - raggazone in full form - translates into "big boy" from its native Italian, and was our first thought when we saw the Grenache Blanc clusters. Magnificently broad-shouldered with a radiant hue and heft, they are impressive to behold. Our second thought was of our beloved dog, Charlie, another "big boy." It seemed only fitting to name this wine in honor of his lasting memory."
