Winemaker Notes: 

"Starfruit, quince, apricot, tangy mango, keifer lime, gooseberry, coconut shavings, cinnamon.  Fermented on skins in stainless steel tank.  Barrel-aged on full lees for 8 months following fermentation.  Bottled unfiltered and un-fined in April 2022.  No sulfur added."
