Winemaker Notes: 

"Dark gold/light Amber. An herb-driven nose, with aromas of peach skin, almond white pepper, roasted quince, and paraffin. On the palate, the herbal notes are rounded out by tannic fruit flavors. Grippy tannins on the mid and back palate. Flavors of roasted peach and quince, with notes of almond paste, citrus peel, peach skin, and some roasted pineapple."
