"Harvested in very small quantities, this exquisite expression of Chardonnay carries the signature limestone terroir of the region, cultivated from decades-old vines. Handpicked and carefully managed, the grapes are fermented with native yeasts and aged for 24 months in pre-used 600-litre oak barrels without the addition of sulphites."
