"The nose is delicate with aromas of citrus fruits and orange blossom. On the palate, the attack is lively and saline. The beautiful bitterness and the acidity form a nice balance, they bring the complexity necessary for the good aging of this wine. The finish is marked by a frank and well-integrated frame, which will allow this wine to pair with sea fish in an Asian spirit."
