"Driven by oak and volcanic minerality this wine is intriguingly smooth. The warmed citrus, stone fruit, and honey flavors envelope the palate at the forefront, eventually balancing out with an anticipated Mediterranean salinity. This is a white wine that can age and be enjoyed with or without food. Naturally, both shellfish and lean fish such as Sea Bass and Red Snapper pair perfectly with this fuller-bodied white wine."
