"A very pure and steely Spätlese expression of Morstein, showing green-apple sorbet, almond granita, mooncake, lemon pith and nectarine stone. Off-dry and only medium-bodied with a somehow silky, detailed line of acidity and white-pepper undertones. Pensive and understated, but very long."
