"This 2022 Georgian amber wine showcases 100% Mtsvane grapes fermented in traditional qvevri clay vessels with minimal intervention. A brief two-day skin contact followed by careful pump-overs develops its distinctive character, while the absence of fining, filtration, and added sulfites preserves the wine's natural complexity. The deep amber hue introduces layered aromatics—bruised apple, honey, and subtle varnish notes with an intriguing herbaceous edge. On the palate, it delivers impressive structure and power, balancing ripe apricot flavors with vibrant acidity and remarkable density. A compelling expression of authentic winemaking tradition."
