"This vibrant Aligoté reveals distinct aromas of nectarine and gooseberry, complemented by notes of tarragon, freshly cut grass, and honeycomb. Its texture is dynamic and precise, offering crisp acidity balanced by sufficient extract to provide substantial depth. The fruit originates from two sites: 80% from 80-year-old vines in the Au Bout du Monde lieu-dit in the Hautes-Côtes, and the remainder from Chassagne. The vinification mirrors that of the Bourgogne Chardonnay, utilizing 350-liter barrels with 10% new oak and no lees stirring."
