"From one parcel within Oger's Clos Cazals comes this slightly more approachable, gourmand blanc de blancs next to the main Clos bottling, gregarious with roasted apricot and pineapple, toasted brioche and demerara sugar loaded on a palate of some front-end concentration and plushness. This will build fine complexity over the next five years as the sweet-spiced oak influence remains tucked into the structure."
