"The 2023 Bourgogne Chardonnay has an attractive nose with lemon curd, nectarine and light beeswax scents, well defined and more sophisticated than the Aligoté. The palate is balanced with a slightly honeyed texture, fine acidity, hints of passion fruit and pineapple toward its crowd-pleasing finish. This will be very tempting. Don't cellar, just drink." 

Burghound, 

"A slightly riper and not quite as spicy array reflects notes of just sliced apple and pear along with more subtle citrus nuances. The plump, fleshy and rounded flavors possess a caressing mouthfeel while displaying a bit more depth on the clean and delicious finish that is agreeably dry. Good quality for the level and worth a look."

"Pale lemon colour, with a fine weight of orchard fruit including some plums. This has the generous sucrosity of many a white wine of 2023 on the palate, matched by a good mineral thread of acidity, while finishing once more on ample white fruit. Delicious early. Drink from 2025-2028. Tasted Nov 2024."
