Varietal: Petit Manseng
Year: 2020
Winemaker Notes:
"Brightly and equally showing intensity and finesse, the nose shows notes of pear, litchi, dried apricots, lightly-toasted hazelnut and honey. In pursuit follows a rich, supple mouthfeel packed with texture, white stone fruit & lemon curd. The finish is long and begs for a steaming bowl of Ciopino or Roasted Salmon or Lemon Cheesecake. Drink now or cellar for 3-5 years."
About the Varietal:
"Petit Manseng, a white grape variety, is originally from the Southwest region of France. It is remarkable in its great capacity to concentrate sugar in its berries during ripening while maintaining high acidity. Thus, it can be used to produce very flavorful, superior quality, and balanced white wines."
