"Ripe pie cherries pulled from the branch, fresh tarragon, dry rose petals and blue spruce.  

Beautiful Old Vine Work Horse. Partial carbonic, grapes de-stemmed and crushed on top of 20% whole cluster into an open top fermenter. Basket pressed after 2 weeks of primary fermentation, aged in neutral French Oak for 11.5 months.

No additions or subtractions. unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2." 

Alcohol: 12.5% 

Organic and biodynamic farming. Dry farmed.
