"Eminent aromas of black currant, crème de violette, and espresso bean set the stage for flavors of Santa Rosa plum, huckleberry, and Telli cherry peppercorn. Silky tannins linger with notes of black cherry, dark chocolate, and leather. Full-bodied and balanced, this makes the perfect pairing for a bourbon and sage marinated London broil with a fully loaded baked potato or braised beef ravioli with brown butter truffle sauce.
