"Our vineyards are situated in a prime area oof the appellation, adjacent to the renowned St. Emilion district. This well-balanced cuvée "Tradition" embodied the characteristics of its region. It is medium-bodied, round and supple, with delightful aromas of black fruit, dark cherries, and cassis. On the mid-palate, subtle notes of chalk, coffee, and cedar add depth. The finish is long and graceful. It is a fantastic value red that pairs beautifully with charcuterie as well as a variety of meat and pasta dishes."
