"Elegant with crisp apple, pear, lemon, tangerine, hints honeysuckle, vanilla, almond, cardamom, brioche, light oak, bright acidity.Hand harvested, barrel fermented with native yeast, malolactic fermentation, aged sur lie with bâttonage, 16 months in 50% new French oak. Extremely limited production."
