"The 2020 Casa Pinot Noir is fermented with native yeast, after a 5-day cold soak. Aged in 20% new French oak, the wine shows a bright garnet color, red cherry, and a hint of spices. Typical of the La Cruz wines is the balanced and mouthwatering acidity."
