"Delicately perfumed with hints of wild strawberries, red cherry, rose petals, and a hint earthy forest floor. Flavors of fresh red berry, freshness and well integrated tannins boasts a smooth texture and a lingering finish, making it an excellent choice for both casual sipping and elegant dining occasions. Winemaking notes: Hand harvested, 5 day cold soak and whole berry fermentation. Pressed to barrel, 45% New French oak, aged 10 months in barrel."
