Vinous, 89-91 Points
"The 2023 Bourgogne Blanc has a really attractive bouquet that punches above its weight (like the Aligoté). It's quite complex and finely delineated with hints of pithy pear mixed with crushed stone. The palate is very well balanced, quite phenolic and stylistically errs toward the Rhône in a good way. The tongue tingles long after the wine has bid adieu. It is excellent."
Jasper Morris, 88-90 Points
"Pale colour, again the typical reduction but a funkier nose behind, more than just gunflint, and notably more weight. Adds weight to the back of the palate, quite ripe with a touch of orange zest, yet with tension behind. Drink from 2026-2029. Tasted Oct 2024."
Burghound,
"Ripe and fresh aromas include those of petrol, pear and just sliced apple. The juicy, succulent and relatively refined flavors possess an appealing texture while delivering excellent depth and persistence on the balanced finale. This is terrific for its level and warmly recommended."
Wine Advocate,
"The 2023 Bourgogne Blanc offers up aromas of pear, white flowers, bread dough and subtle reduction, followed by a medium-bodied, fine-boned palate with a sweet core of fruit and lively acids."
