"The 2023 Bourgogne Cote d’Or comes from three sites and was already in bottle as usual.  It has a sprightly nose, a little pithy in style with yellow fruit and plenty of vigor.  The palate is well balanced with a slightly creamy texture, a fine acidic spine, dried peach notes and a touch of spice on the finish.  This is a worthy follow-up to the excellent 2022."

"In bottle since July. Pale lemon yellow, quite juicy fruit up front, lower acidity. Jars here as well as barrels. On the fatter fleshier side but very agreeable. 228/350, Drink from 2025-2027. Tasted Nov 2024."
