"Domaine wine with 50-year-old vines from a number of vineyards, including north-facing plots underneath Les Lys, north west facing opposite Vaillons and south facing around Troesmes, plus some mineral soils from around Chichée. Intense and driven, you can smell the Kimmeridgian. Great energy and focus. Spice on the finish, precise acidity. Will age for many years. Bottled just before the 2021 harvest. Drinking Window 2022 - 2026."

"Derived from 46 hectares of holdings that average around 45 years old, Fèvre's 2020 Chablis Village is a rare example of a cuvée that combines quantity and quality. Offering up aromas of white flowers, clear honey, bread dough and fresh pastry, it's medium-bodied, saline and seamless, with bright acids and a fine-boned, elegant but intensely flavored profile."
