"The 2022 Monthelie Village comes from two lieux-dits and includes 20% whole bunches.  It has a very appealing bouquet with crushed limestone infusing red berry fruit.  Vibrant and energetic.  The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins.  There is admirable transparency here - very stony and mineral-driven with a sapid finish.  This is far superior to the previous vintage and is worth seeking out."
